1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, customer service

The sales contract is concluded with bodyvita. Further information about us can be found in the imprint.

3. Conclusion of contract

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. The condition for an effective conclusion of contract is always that the ordering process is completed when the order is sent.

Shipping costs

Germany: 3.60 euros
Cash on delivery Germany: 3.60 euros plus 2.00 euros delivery fee/DHL
Abroad 7.50 euros

5. Payment

Payment can be made in advance/bank transfer, cash on delivery and PayPal.

Payment in advance

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further information during the ordering process.

6. Pickup

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

7. Damage in transit

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or our transport insurance.

8. Contract text storage

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data by email. You can also view and download the General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. Your past orders are available after customer login.

9. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for any contractual disputes or claims for damages is the same as the company headquarters in Spain.

10. Complaints Procedure
